Shipping withing the United States
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to:
Canada, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by their country or local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

MONTKYO is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
International Orders & Customs
Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements and regulations of their country.
Customs clearance may cause additional delays that are outside of our control. MONTKYO is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have additional statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws. These rights are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
