RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Holiday purchases (Dec 1–Dec 25) may be returned until January 15.

Process
Customers must contact office@montkyo.com before returning items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Fees
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee for excessive or abnormal return activity.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders
All international sales are final unless the product is defective.
